Situated in the middle of the East Midlands, Melton Mowbray is only a 35-minute drive away from Leicester, Loughborough, Grantham and Nottingham. It has excellent transport links making it a viable commute for clients and employees based around the Midlands. If your business has branches up and down the country or business travel is part of your weekly schedule, travel to Birmingham on average takes around 1 hour 30 mins and travel to Manchester and London takes around 2 hours and 30 mins.
If you are travelling by car, you’ll be pleased to hear we are in close proximity to the main motorways: M1, M69 and A1.
Melton Mowbray has a train station, which is only a 5-minute drive from our business park.
Being situated near to a train station is perfect for clients or employees that wish to commute from further afield. A train journey from London to Melton Mowbray for example takes around 90-minutes.
We also have great bus and coach connections. National Express runs between London and Leicester and local links Centerbus and Arriva have services to nearby villages, Grantham, Loughborough, Rutland and Leicester.
A lot of people choose to cycle around Leicestershire and there are many routes to make this convenient to do so, along with picturesque countryside views.
Should you require air travel, it’s also handy to know that East Midlands Airport is only a 40-minute drive away from us.
