Space Outdoor have been really impressed with the facilities available at Pera Business Park. Meeting and Catering facilities have proven very useful when having clients visit our offices. I started at Pera using the dedicated desk service when I set up my new business. This was perfect for me when I started Sparrow Paraplanning as it gave me a quiet space to work and keep it completely separate from home. 'Plug and Play' is how I would describe working out of Pera Business Park. We’re a small business and everything we need to operate our business, is here. The professionalism of the Park helps us to punch above our weight, we haven’t got to deal with utility companies, receptionists greet our visitors and there’s lots of free parking. I opened up an office at PERA as we relocated the commercial arm of our business back in February 202 and have to say that the team with Nigel, Leanne, Maria, Marion, Luke and all others have been fantastic. I have been here now for just over six months and already relocated three times as we have grown out of the space. What has been most impressive is how easy it is to upsize as required and with little impact on the day to day running. It certainly feels like home for us as an organisation with the added benefit of a good social area, and Wild Fig catering on site. Pera Business Park has hosted my comic convention style event for two consecutive years, and I am extremely satisfied with the available space as well as the ease of loading displays and equipment into the building through the large doors, the easily accessible good sized car park, and the location (close to Melton Mowbray town centre as well as being very convenient for rail links). The staff at Pera are very accommodating and easy to communicate with by email or telephone. The building itself has an excellent supply of tables and chairs, and a good sized stage which we make use of for our on-stage entertainment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pera to anybody looking for a venue to hold an event. I feel it would be well suited for a wide range of different event types due to its versatility, and I look forward to continuing to holding my comic cons there for the foreseeable future, for as many years as possible.
