We decided to move from our town centre offices to Pera for a better working environment for our employees with them having onsite parking, the café and the gym, also for our clients it meant they had the ease of parking directly outside, we didn’t have any parking before and some would be dropping off heavy boxes etc, it also meant with reception that they could drop them off without seeing us if they were in a rush.
It was also for ease, one bill at the end of the month meant time saved not paying various suppliers, supplying meter readings, organising cleaners, going to the post office etc etc. I also like the professional image that Pera gives to our existing and our a new clients when they come to the office.
Our practice has been at Pera Business Park since 2015 and moving our office to Pera has been one of the best decisions I have made. The team at Pera have supported my company and its growth throughout and this has included moving offices within the business park three times to accommodate my business increasing. The transition each time has been made smoothly with the help and support of the Pera team. You have every facility a business needs here at Pera: plenty of meeting spaces, parking, a Postal Service, friendly and efficient reception team and an excellent café.. Microban relocated our European headquarters to Pera Business Park in August 2016. From day one, the park has provided first-class services, allowing us to expand our technical support capabilities and better serve the needs of our customers. The park’s fully equipped conferencing suites have also been perfect for hosting internal team meetings, on-site customer visits and more recently a growing number of virtual events.
Following a period of rapid growth at Microban, the Pera team promptly facilitated two office moves to ensure the space remained suited to our needs. Microban’s current office has enabled us to establish a local customer services department and also accommodate additional headcount for the European commercial team – both of which have been invaluable to our business.
I honestly can’t imagine anywhere else being the home of Microban Europe. I look forward to being part of the Pera Melton Mowbray family for many more years to come.

PartB launched in August 2020 and it quickly became apparent we’d need a base for our team. We chose Pera due to its location (central, good transport links, nearby train station and handy for our MD) and it has lovely grounds. It’s great to have everything under one roof – offices, meeting rooms, café, gym. Free parking for staff and visitors is a big plus for us, as are the friendly, helpful staff. Our growth has meant we already need to move to bigger premises and we have found a larger, more suitable office space within the building. We’re very comfortable here and feel our evolving business needs are always met by Pera and the staff.
