We decided to move from our town centre offices to Pera for a better working environment for our employees with them having onsite parking, the café and the gym, also for our clients it meant they had the ease of parking directly outside, we didn’t have any parking before and some would be dropping off heavy boxes etc, it also meant with reception that they could drop them off without seeing us if they were in a rush.

 

It was also for ease, one bill at the end of the month meant time saved not paying various suppliers, supplying meter readings, organising cleaners, going to the post office etc etc. I also like the professional image that Pera gives to our existing and our a new clients when they come to the office.

Microban relocated our European headquarters to Pera Business Park in August 2016. From day one, the park has provided first-class services, allowing us to expand our technical support capabilities and better serve the needs of our customers. Following a period of rapid growth at Microban, the Pera team promptly facilitated two office moves to ensure the space remained suited to our needs. We are very pleased with our new premises in Pera after spending many years in town-centre offices.  They are modern, comfortable and flexible to meet our needs with on-site meeting rooms.  Our staff appreciate the facilities like the free parking, café and gym.  Having fully-serviced accommodation means it is simpler to run our business.

Part B

PartB launched in August 2020 and it quickly became apparent we’d need a base for our team. We chose Pera due to its location (central, good transport links, nearby train station and handy for our MD) and it has lovely grounds. It’s great to have everything under one roof – offices, meeting rooms, café, gym. Free parking for staff and visitors is a big plus for us, as are the friendly, helpful staff. Our growth has meant we already need to move to bigger premises and we have found a larger, more suitable office space within the building. We’re very comfortable here and feel our evolving business needs are always met by Pera and the staff.
