I opened up an office at PERA as we relocated the commercial arm of our business back in February 202 and have to say that the team with Nigel, Leanne, Maria, Marion, Luke and all others have been fantastic. I have been here now for just over six months and already relocated three times as we have grown out of the space. What has been most impressive is how easy it is to upsize as required and with little impact on the day to day running. It certainly feels like home for us as an organisation with the added benefit of a good social area, and Wild Fig catering on site. Would highly recommend for new start ups, one person or growing businesses.

I started at Pera using the dedicated desk service when I set up my new business. This was perfect for me when I started Sparrow Paraplanning as it gave me a quiet space to work and keep it completely separate from home. In July this year, as my business has grown and been doing well, I moved into my own office. This is again perfect for me, it has everything I need and the whole place is a lovely environment for working. All the team at Pera are lovely, they are always really professional and helpful with any queries or if I need anything. I've been really impressed with all of them. We’ve raised the profile of our business by working out of Pera Business Park – it’s definitely been a good move for us. The setting is so professional, and clients are always impressed when they visit. It’s also a great place for networking with so many businesses on site. Ipsum Capital & Ipsum Credit Advisory has been based within Pera for over 2 years. Within this time, we have moved into larger office space which was holistically supported by the Pera team. The facilities, flexible workout areas and meeting rooms make this site the perfect fit for our staff, clients and new visitors. Combine this with the gym and cafe area we'd be hard pushed to find anything as suitable for our business needs.

'Plug and Play' is how I would describe working out of Pera Business Park. We’re a small business and everything we need to operate our business, is here. The professionalism of the Park helps us to punch above our weight, we haven’t got to deal with utility companies, receptionists greet our visitors and there’s lots of free parking. The customer journey is important – so, it’s been good for the reputation of our business and it’s good for our clients.
