Whether you’re hosting a meeting, workshop or presentation, our stand-alone meeting rooms are perfect for private boardroom chats away from the office or client meetings where you need a larger professional space. Our training rooms offer flexible layouts to suit your needs and presenting equipment is included as part of the room hire charge.

Our premises are serviced so our team is on hand to ensure everything goes to plan. We also have catering facilities on site so lunch and refreshments can be provided.

Need Catering & Refreshments?

Refreshments and catering can be pre-ordered for groups of 5 or more attendees with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
For smaller groups, you can enjoy the offerings at our on-site café, which provides a variety of light lunches, drinks, and snacks.

Please note that external catering is not allowed in our meeting rooms.

Pera Business Park has hosted my comic convention style event for two consecutive years, and I am extremely satisfied with the available space as well as the ease of loading displays and equipment into the building through the large doors, the easily accessible good sized car park, and the location (close to Melton Mowbray town centre as well as being very convenient for rail links). The staff at Pera are very accommodating and easy to communicate with by email or telephone. The building itself has an excellent supply of tables and chairs, and a good sized stage which we make use of for our on-stage entertainment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pera to anybody looking for a venue to hold an event. I feel it would be well suited for a wide range of different event types due to its versatility, and I look forward to continuing to holding my comic cons there for the foreseeable future, for as many years as possible.
