Our receptionists

Our friendly reception staff in the main Tower building will be happy to help you with any queries. They’ll be your first point of contact.

Feel free to drop by to talk to them anytime, or you can send them an email at receptionmm@pera.com or call them on 01664 501 501 (ext. 0000).

e-Reception

We use an e-Reception service to notify you of visitors and any deliveries received that require a signature.

We’ll accept small packages at reception but if you’re expecting large deliveries then you should arrange to have them delivered to your building when you or a member of staff will be on hand to accept them.

We ask that you collect your packages as soon as possible, as secure storage space is limited and we will not accept responsibility for any missing packages.

Visitors

Please ask your visitors to report to reception where they can sign in using our e-Reception book.

Once they’ve signed in you’ll receive an email notification of their arrival.

After 18:00 when the gates are closed, you will be responsible for the entry and exit of any visitors.

Reception areas

Our spacious reception and common areas offer a relaxed setting if you’re looking to chat with clients or take a break from the office.

We also have pool and ping pong tables in the Tower building reception if you fancy a game!

We supply hand sanitiser and surface cleanser for your use in our common areas.

Incoming mail

When you move to site you’ll be allocated a lockable mailbox with two mailbox keys.

Once a day our receptionists will pop any incoming mail into your mailbox.

Please make sure that you include your business name or mailbox number whenever you use the address, otherwise we won’t know where to direct your post and it may be returned.

If you lose your keys, just let one of our receptionists know and we’ll arrange a replacement key for a small fee.

Outgoing mail

We also offer collection service with Royal Mail for an additional fee.

To use this service, leave your letters and packages with reception by no later than 15:30 and let us know your business name and how you’d like us to send them.

We’ll then process your post and send you a bill at the end of the month equivalent to the cost of sending the items, plus our handling fee.

General Cleaning

Your office will be vacuumed twice a week and your bins will be emptied daily.

Common areas, restrooms and kitchenettes are also cleaned daily.

If you have any specific cleaning requirements, or would prefer our cleaners didn’t enter your office, please let one of our receptionists know.

There are several industrial bins on-site for disposing of recyclable office waste, if you require access to these bins please speak to reception.

Please note any cardboard and boxes should be crushed or flattened before putting in the bins.

Confidential waste

If you have any confidential waste you need to dispose of, you can request one of our confidential waste bags from reception for a small fee.

When you’re done, just drop it off at reception and we’ll handle the rest.
