Time to expand

It is always a pleasure to see businesses grow within the business park. Part B who are relatively new to the site have gone from strength to strength, seeing a steady growth that has meant they have recently taken a larger space with us. They shared this after their recent move:

PartB launched in August 2020 and it quickly became apparent we’d need a base for our team. We chose Pera due to its location (central, good transport links, nearby train station and handy for our MD) and it has lovely grounds. It’s great to have everything under one roof – offices, meeting rooms, café, gym. Free parking for staff and visitors is a big plus for us, as are the friendly, helpful staff. Our growth has meant we already need to move to bigger premises and we have found a larger, more suitable office space within the building. We’re very comfortable here and feel our evolving business needs are always met by Pera and the staff.
