Pera Business Park welcomes new arrivals

A fusion of success has come to Pera Business Park after four new tenants recently moved onto the site taking over 2,800 sq. ft. of office space.

New arrivals, B&M Associates, Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd, Maxim Recruitment Ltd and SCE Publications operate in various sectors adding to the already diverse list of tenants present on the site.

SCE Publications were attracted to the business park because of the flexible terms on offer and ease of a quick and straightforward move into a fully furnished office. Lucy Moss, Publication Manager comments, “I was immediately made very welcome in the building and was assisted with everything I needed to settle in. There is a nice energy to the building and everyone has been kind and helpful.”

Bev Digby, Director for B&M Associates who re-located from Old Dalby says, “B&M Associates are very excited to be part of Pera Business Park and we are impressed with the services and facilities that are available here”

“Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd are pleased with our decision to be part of the Pera Business park, as a high tech company the site represents our company well.  Our clients that have visited the site have been very impressed and commented on the quality of the facilities. We have been made very welcome from day one and feel very much a part of the Pera team.” Comments Alan Drinkwater, Managing Director for Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd.

Pera Business Park is a dedicated site working to offer a creative and functional business environment, providing tenants with a fully managed service fee with additional services such as expansive on-site car park, free on-site gym and support services such as marketing, financial advice and business growth. With the additional offering of numerous high quality meeting rooms that can be hired from one hour to a full day, the park can provide the necessary environment for businesses to grow and evolve.

Maxim Recruitment Ltd, a specialist recruitment consultancy supplying technical construction staff within the UK and overseas required an office personalised to their needs. Stuart Hackett from Maxim comments, “Maxim moved to Pera in February as we felt the premium business environment and facilities on offer were well suited to the professional service we are offering as a company. As a rapidly growing business we also felt the move would improve our company image to existing and future employees, helping us to attract and maintain the best talent on offer in the region.

We are finding that we can now attract candidates from further afield to come and work for Maxim Recruitment. This is due to the visually pleasing office and the on-site facilities such as free parking which was a major issue for us in our old premises. Coming to work in such a pleasant environment with likeminded professionals has already had a noticeable impact on staff moral and sales activity since we moved in.”

There is currently over 7,000 sq. ft. of available space on the 12 acre site, available for renting through either a licence or a lease. Contact Carrie Potter, Sales and Marketing Manager at Pera Business Park for further details:
